Recently, during the competitive captaincy task, Eijaz Khan succeeded Kavita Kaushik‘s entitlement to captainhood. So far, he seems to be doing a good job at staying firm, making sure that all inmates follow the house rules and are in check. As captain, Eijaz is also privileged with powers like saving favoured inmates from eliminations. But besides the discipline and decisions, he also bears the responsibility of mentorship. In a recent episode of Bigg Boss Extra Masala, Eijaz was seen mentoring Nikki Tamboli about maintaining distance with toxic people inside the house. And, he also tells her why.
When the two sat down for a snack, Eijaz felt for it to be right moment to bring up his concerns about Nikki in light of recent happenings during the nomination task. First, he advised her to discourage close friendships with some of her inmates, though he didn’t specify who. Harsh words are alright. He gives all power to her for lashing out and fighting her way through. But, he warns her to be mindful because when a friend lashes back, it could actually hurt. He then surprised her by air-kissing her. Noticing her irritation, he makes her realize it and clarified that this was an example of a situation she must not entertain at any cost in case any of her inmates tried to flirt with her.
Recently, Eijaz lost, whom he considered a friend, during the captaincy task. Kavita Kaushik and Eijaz Khan shared a friendship with a history long before the house. However, after losing her captainhood to Eijaz, Kavita lashed out and publicly denounced her friendship with him. Eijaz felt hurt and apologized for calling her a good friend of his. Perhaps he’d like to save Nikki from the complications that came with having friends inside the house.
