Veteran Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is resurrecting the long-running game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ in a new guise. The show recently released an intriguing promotional video in which Big B says in his inimitable voice, “Badal raha hai, sab kuch badal raha hai.”
‘KBC,’ which released the video for its 15th season on social media, depicts how the world is changing as a result of digitisation, with individuals multitasking and doing what they enjoy while also working.
The brief video shows a woman at her laptop participating in a virtual meeting while kicking a football under the table while she plays with her little son.
Another image depicts a young man at a traffic signal accepting digital money and sporting a QR code tattooed on his arms. Amitabh also claims that individuals can now eat cuisine with the click of a button on their phones, and that it has brought families closer together.
“Badi shaan se, bade gyan se – dekho sab kuch badal raha hai,” the gameshow’s new tagline reads.
‘Kaun Banega Crorepati,’ which debuted in 2000, is an Indian replica of the American game show ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’ Amitabh Bachchan has long been associated with the show, having presented it for multiple seasons.
Sony Entertainment Television will broadcast the 15th season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
