The highly anticipated wedding of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala has finally arrived, and the excitement is palpable. The star-studded ceremony, scheduled to take place today at the iconic Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, promises to be a magical celebration of tradition, legacy, and love.

As the couple prepares to embark on their new journey together, they will be following traditional customs, including visiting a temple to express their gratitude. According to an independent source, “As per traditional customs, the first thing a couple is expected to do after the wedding is visit a temple to express their gratitude for the wonderful journey ahead. Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya will be following this ritual and are planning to visit either the Tirupati Balaji Temple or the Srisailam Temple.”

The guest list is a veritable who’s who of Tollywood’s elite, including Allu Arjun with family, Prabhas, SS Rajamouli, Chiranjeevi, PV Sindhu, Nayanthara, and the entire Akkineni and Daggubati families, among others. Power couples Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela, and Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar, are also expected to attend.

The wedding venue, Annapurna Studios, holds a special significance for Naga Chaitanya, as it was established in 1976 by his grandfather, Akkineni Nageswara Rao. The couple’s attention to detail is evident in their choice of attire, with Sobhita reportedly wearing a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree adorned with real gold zari, while Naga Chaitanya will complement her in a matching ensemble. As a tribute to his grandfather, Naga Chaitanya will also wear a ‘Pancha’ for his wedding.

The couple’s love for craftsmanship and tradition is also reflected in their choice of a white khadi saree from Ponduru for the wedding. Sobhita has been sharing special moments from their pre-wedding festivities on social media, including pictures from her Raata ceremony, where she paid tribute to her family by wearing her mother’s and grandmother’s gold jewellery.
