Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Ex-managers Shruti Modi and Jaya Saha summoned by NCB

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) along with other two government agencies is looking into the alleged suicide case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. NCB has already arrested a few people related to Sushant Singh who were involved in drugs consumption including- Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant. According to latest development in the case, NCB has summoned Sushant’s ex manager Shruti Modi and talent manager Jaya Saha and both are expected to appear before NCB office in Mumbai today i.e. 16th September.
Shruti and Jaya would be questioned by NCB about the late actor’s involvement in consumption and procurement of drugs along with actress Rhea Chakraborty as per a report by Zoom. Also, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) has sent Showik Chakraborty’s close friend Suryadeep Malhotra into custody till 18th September. Sushant’s former managers are to be grilled by NCB to find out if they knew the drug-links of the actor.
On the side note, NCB earlier had arrested drug peddlers based in Goa who were supposedly having contacts with Showik and Sushant Singh and were providing them with drugs. Chris Costa and Karamjeet were arrested from Goa whereas the agency is still looking for another person named Dwayne who also procured drugs to Showik and Dipesh Sawant.
