Amazon Prime Original’s The Lie Trailer Analysis: How far parents can go to protect their child?

The Lie is a psychological drama-thriller which is set to be released on 6th October on Amazon Prime Video.

The official trailer for ‘The Lie’ has arrived and this psychological drama-thriller which is an Amazon Original Movie, is all set to be premiered on the 6th of October.
This movie is a line up of ‘Welcome to the Blumhouse’ film produced under the Blumhouse Productions banner.

Stars like Joey King, famed for Kissing Booth series, is shown as a teenager girl who admits of killing her best friend. The role of parents in the trailer explains us that are trying to protect their daughter for the crime that she has committed which end them up into a pool of lies. Mireille Enos and Peter Sarsgaard are seen as playing Joey’s parents in the drama-thriller, who decide to cover up the entire incident.

The trailer leaves us with a thought that how everything changes in one instance.

This movie is said to be a remake of 2015 German film ‘We Monsters’. ‘The Lie’ is a write up and directorial of Veena Sud, this movie seems promising showcasing an amazing start cast and a very strong storyline with mysterious plots. It’s definitely a good one and we await for it’s release on the 6th of October.

‘The Lie’ was filmed back in 2018 and has been delayed with it’s release.
