On Monday, the official trailer for Season 2 of the Netflix drama Delhi Crime was unveiled. Shefali Shah reprises her role as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi, and she and her Delhi Police squad are pursuing a group involved in horrible killings. Shefali leads another critical inquiry to protect Delhi’s older residents from a gang of assassins. The Delhi Police is currently on the hunt for a serial murderer, despite a personnel shortage and an upsurge in crime. Shefali tells her colleagues about the killings in the trailer, saying, “It’s something you will never witness in your whole police career.”

The police pursue the killers and apprehend several of them, but the killings continue. The video concludes with cops sprinting around the capital and Shefali pointing a pistol at someone. The second season will be available on August 26th. Netflix commented on its YouTube page about the teaser, ” “A sinister gang, a terrified city Is DCP Vartika and her team prepared for the ensuing chaos?”

Fans expressed their excitement for the second season’s arrival in response to the teaser. “This series’ (Delhi Crime) season 1 was fantastic, brilliant, and spectacular, and now it’s back with a season 2, so indeed I’m high for this again,” one user commented. The nicest thing about this programme was that it had a wonderful plot and (had) such a realistic picture of the life that it had a significant effect. The entire group delivers natural and great performances, particularly Shefali Shah. The script, directing, acting, music, and cinematography are all excellent!!! Season 2 excites me!!! “Shefali (Shah) and Rasika (Dugal) – wonderful partnership,” said another. Season 1 of Delhi Crime is presently on its second season. I’ll be watching it.”

Aside from Shefali, the programme also features Rajesh Tailang, Adil Hussain, Rasika Dugal, and Gopal Datt. The first season of the programme was based on the Delhi Police investigation into a gang-rape in 2012. The first Indian web series to receive an International Emmy Award is Delhi Crime.
