All Of Us Strangers, starring Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal, was released on December 22, 2023, and is now slated to be published digitally.
The film will be released on May 8, 2024, and you may watch it on Disney+Hotstar. All Of Us Strangers premiered on August 31, 2023, at the 50th Telluride Film Festival, and in the United Kingdom on January 26, 2024.
According to the National Board of Review, the film impressed the audience and received great reviews, making it one of the top independent films of 2023.
The movie tells the story of Adam, a young guy who lost his parents in an accident when he was only 12 years old. He grew up to become a scriptwriter. Instead of acknowledging his parents’ deaths, he imagines them alive and speaks to them constantly.
He meets Harry, a young man who lives in the same building, and they fall in love. As Adam spends more time with Harry, his life begins to change, and the two decide to take their relationship to the next level.
The film stars Andrew Scott as Adam, Paul Mescal as Harry, Ami Tredrea as Waitress, Claire Foy as Adam’s mother, Jamie Bell as Adam’s father, Carter John Grout, and others.
Sarah Harvey, Graham Broadbent, and Peter Czernin are the producers, working with Film4, Blueprint Pictures, and TSG Entertainment. Jamie D Ramsay provided the cinematography, and Jonathan Alberts edited the film.
