Shah Rukh Khan’s production starring Bobby Deol, Class of ’83 trailer got released today. In the trailer, we can see Bobby Deol in the role of a policeman, who’s shunted to a penalty posting.
From the trailer, we can tell this movie seems like a good come back for Bobby Deol. We can also see Anup Soni in the trailer playing the role of a politician.
The story is about the time when Mumbai was still addressed as Bombay. Vijay Singh aka Bobby Deol decides to create a secret squad of officers. The squad will have the freedom to conduct encounters of criminals and gangsters without any restrictions. His mission is to kill five members of a crime ring who are extremely dangerous to the city of Bombay.

The story of the film is adapted from Hussain Zaidi’s book, Class Of 83: The Punishers Of Mumbai Police.
The background score throughout the trailer keeps you hooked. The trailer leads our expectations high to believe that this will be an interesting tale to watch.
Apart from Deol and Sonii, the film also stars Vishwajeet Pradhan, Joy Sengupta, Bhupendra Jadawat, Ninad Mahajani, Hitesh Bhojraj, Sameer Paranjape and Prithvik Pratap.
The project is backed by Shah Rukh Khan’s banner Red Chillies Entertainment. It is all set to release on Netflix on 21st August 2020. The film is directed by Atul Sabharwal.
