James Vanderbilt and Jeremy Garelick will be directing and writing the forthcoming American action comedy mystery movie titled Murder Mystery 2. Many people weren’t prepared for another film in the mystery-comedy series when Murder Mystery was launched on Netflix in 2019. Here we are, waiting for Murder Mystery 2 to release, nearly four years later. The fact that the streamer commissioned a sequel starring the same main cast is not all that surprising given the original movie’s phenomenal success.

The plot of Murder Mystery 2
Nick and Audrey Spitz left their jobs as police officers and hairdressers, respectively, after solving their first murder case to work as full-time private investigators. However, they are having trouble establishing their fledgling organisation. When their buddy, the Maharajah, mysteriously disappears when they are invited to his private island wedding, they have the opportunity to show themselves.
