Ae Watan Mere Watan: Karan Johar unveils trailer of Sara Ali Khan’s patriotic film – Take a look

Karan Johar has released a video homage to India’s unsung heroes for Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming film, Ae Watan Mere Watan.

Kannan Iyer’s film was inspired by the hidden radio station that Usha Mehta helped run. On Prime Video on March 21.

Sara Ali Khan is going to star in the film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan,’ which is set against the backdrop of 1942’s Quit India Movement and inspired by true events. Kannan Lyer directed the film, which also stars Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O Nell, and Anand Tiwari in prominent parts. The film has sparked a lot of interest among audiences since its announcement, and the trailer is officially available.

Today, Karan Johar took to his Instagram handle to share the official trailer for the movie. Sharing the trailer, he wrote in the caption, “A journey that echoes the voice of an unsung hero in the pages of our history. Watch #AeWatanMereWatan trailer – out now. #AeWatanMereWatanOnPrime, Mar 21 only on @primevideoin.”

Talking about the movie, Karan Johar said in a statement, “At Dharmatic Entertainment, we have always taken pride in bringing forth stories that are told from the heart, and Ae Watan Mere Watan exemplifies that.”

The movie stars Sara Ali Khan in the lead role, with Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O. Nell, and Anand Tiwari in pivotal roles.
