It’s the third song from his next album One Thing at a Time, due out in 2023.[2] The song peaked at number one on Billboard Hot Country Songs in February 2023 before reaching the top of the Billboard Hot 100 in March 2023, making it Wallen’s first number-one single on the latter chart, the first country song to top the chart since Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well (Taylor’s Version)” in 2021, and the first country song by a solo male artist since Eddie Rabbitt’s “I Love a Rainy Night” in 1981.

The song takes its title from the martial arts film duology Kill Bill (2003-2004), which follows an assassin named the Bride on her journey to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend through murder. The song’s lyrics, which mirror the plot of the film, address SZA’s fantasy of murdering an ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend out of jealousy. “Kill Bill” is an R&B song with a lively midtempo rhythm and a detuned melody. It is influenced by the hip hop boom bap style and is accompanied by guitars, a bassline, and a flute sampled from a Prophet-6 synthesiser.

“Ella Baila Sola” is a song by Eslabon Armado, an American regional Mexican ensemble, and Mexican singer Peso Pluma. DEL Records and Prajin Parlay published it on March 17, 2023. Pedro Tovar, the lead singer of Eslabon Armado, wrote the song. It became the first regional Mexican song in history to reach the top ten of the US Billboard Hot 100, as well as the first to top the Billboard Global 200.

The song reached number one on the Belgian Ultratop 50, Dutch Top 40, and Dutch Single Top 100 charts.On August 25, 2022, a remix of the song featuring American singer Selena Gomez was released. The updated version peaked at number three on the Billboard Global Excl. US list and at number one on the Billboard US Afrobeats Songs chart. “Creepin'” is a song by American record producer Metro Boomin, Canadian singer The Weeknd, and Atlanta-based rapper 21 Savage. It was released as the lead single from Metro’s second studio album, Heroes & Villains, on December 13, 2022, through Republic Records and Boominati Worldwide. It is a reworking of Mario Winans’ “I Don’t Wanna Know” (2004), which features Enya and P. Diddy and is based on a sample of the Fugees’ “Ready or Not” (1996), which samples Enya’s “Boadicea” (1987). Winans returns to the song as a supporting vocalist, along with rapper Travis Scott. On March 17, 2023, Diddy will join the musicians on a remix of the song.

Republic Records released the song for digital download on October 21, 2022, and it was first played on US radio on October 24.
