BTS is willing to reveal the remixed version of Butter featuring Grammy-award-winning rapper Megan Thee Stallion after topping the Billboard Top 100 charts for several weeks. The song will be released on Friday. BTS’s label, BIGHIT Music, announced the huge news via the Weverse app with a message that says, “‘Butter’ (feat. Surprisingly, Megan went to court prior to this revelation because her record label was stopping her from releasing the music. She filed a petition with the court, requesting “emergency relief from the Court before this Friday, August 27, 2021, to allow her new song to be published this week as previously scheduled.” The paper goes on to say, “If Pete (Megan Pete is rapper’s birth name) is not allowed to release a new track this Friday on which she is the featured artist in a remix with BTS of the song called, ‘Butter,’ her music career will suffer irreparable damage, including a devastating impact to her relationships with her fans and with other recording artists in the music industry.”
