The new album from Bad Bunny is officially out. The title of his new album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Maana, which loosely translates to “nobody knows what will happen tomorrow,” highlights Bunny’s unpredictability and penchant for keeping his fans on the edge.
Just last month, following the release of his latest reggaeton tune “Un Preview,” the Puerto Rican singer informed his more than 15 million WhatsApp fans that “this may be the last song I release this year.” “It’s a little preview of what’s to come next year,” he said, leading fans to believe he wouldn’t release any new songs for the rest of 2023. But, in classic Bad Bunny flair, he hasn’t just released one song, but an entire album.
On Monday (Oct. 9), the chart-topping singer took to Instagram to share the album title and release date. “The most anticipated day by many has arrived,” he captioned the promo video in which he’s seen swarmed by paparazzi before entering a fancy restaurant and being greeted by a gentleman who says, “Don Benito, it’s so nice to see you.”
Just hours before the album’s release, Apple Music revealed the tracklist, which includes new songs like “Mr. October,” “Gracias Por Nada,” “No Me Quiero Casar,” and “Thunder y Lightning,” as well as collaborations with Feid, Arcángel, Young Miko, and De La Ghetto, among others.
The collection also includes previously released songs “Where She Goes” and “Un Preview.”
Bad Bunny’s hit Un Verano Sin Ti is followed by Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Maana. The album spent 13 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, making it only the second all-Spanish-language album to do so. It was also nominated for album of the year at the Grammys, making it the first Spanish-language album to be nominated in that category.
