Ranveer Singh is a Bollywood actor who can make headlines for his every activity starting from his personal life to professional life, from the clothes he wear to the movie he do, Ranveer also manages to keep the limelight on him. But after the pandemic Ranveer’s movies are failing to impress the audience. After the pandemic Ranveer starrer three movies such as 83, Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Circus was unable to captivate the audience. Jayeshbhai Jordaar has released in the year 2022 and the film has collected less than 16 croreat the box office. After that Circus released which collected 35.65 crores.
The three back to back flops seems to decrease the market value of Ranveer. As a sign now it feels like Yash Raj Films has shown a red flag when it comes to cast Ranveer in their production’s movie. Earlier Ranveer has done six movies with Yash Raj Films which includes Band Baaja Baaraat, Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, Befikre which were super hit, Gunday (2014) which was semi hit and then comes Kil Dil (2014) and Jayeshbhai Jordar which was flop.
Earlier it was reported that Aditya Chopra has invested a huge amount in the Spy Universe and now even a single wrong casting will cost them in crores. Specially after the release of Pathaan, YRF has shifted it’s focus on big budget films inculding extravagant theme and one of which is Tiger Vs Pathaan starring the two khans of Bollywood Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan . Although YRF hasn’t made any official statement regarding the matter of not casting Ranveer in near future.
Raveer will be next seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Alia Bhatt in leading role.
