Fans have long wished to see Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone, two of Bollywood’s biggest stars, on the big screen. It was reported that Deepika and Salman were partnered opposite each other on multiple occasions, but the projects kept failing.
However, current sources claim that their ideal coupling may finally come true in AR Murugadoss’ upcoming movie, ‘Sikandar’.
According to Times Now, Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone are in talks to work together for the first time in ‘Sikandar’, an action-packed film directed by AR Murugadoss. According to sources, Salman is anxious to work with Deepika, and the director is as eager to have her on board.
Deepika, who is presently on maternity leave with a September due date, may sign on for the project but postpone filming till the final schedule.
While there has been no official confirmation, fans are excited about the potential of Salman and Deepika collaborating on ‘Sikandar’. If the rumours are true, the project is projected to be a big and much anticipated undertaking, with a release date of Eid 2025.
