SRK’s Pathaan is now Bollywood’s “No 1 film in India” – Check out the box office collection so far

Prabhas’s Baahubali: The Conclusion, Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2, and Aamir Khan’s Dangal have all been exceeded by Pathaan.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, dubbed versions of Baahubali: The Conclusion, KGF: Chapter 2, and Aamir Khan’s Dangal are now the top three Hindi films in India, followed by Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. On its sixth Friday at the box office, the film, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, brought in 1.05 crore, bringing its overall receipts in India to 511.70 crore.

Adarsh Taran stated that, “Another strong weekend is on the cards” for Pathaan, which indicates that the film will continue to make records at the box office after becoming the biggest Hindi film of all time. Sharing the update, the trade analyst wrote, “Absence of notable/new films in the market gives Pathaan a big boost… Numbers witness an upward trend on [sixth] Friday… Another strong weekend is on the cards… [Week 6] Friday 1.05 crore. Total: ₹ 511.70 crore. Hindi. India business” and added, “Now No. 1 Hindi film in India.”

Following that, Taran Adarsh tweeted the total revenue for the Telugu and Tamil versions of Pathaan in India, which came to 18.26 crore. The film directed by Siddharth Anand currently has net box office receipts of 529.96 crore.

“Pathaan Tamil + Telugu [Week 6] Friday – 2 lakh. Total: ₹ 18.26 crore. Note: Pathaan Hindi + Tamil + Telugu combined business: ₹ 529.96 crore. India biz. Nett BOC,” Taran wrote.

With its Friday box office results, Pathaan—which stars Shah Rukh Khan in a lead role for the first time in four years—surpassed Prabhas’ Baahubali: The Conclusion, Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2 and Aamir Khan’s Dangal to become the highest-grossing Hindi movie of all time.

The spy universe created by Yash Raj Films includes Pathaan. In order to stop a security danger to India, the film’s eponymous character, a RAW agent played by Shah Rukh Khan, must fight former agent Jim (John Abraham). In the movie, Deepika Padukone plays an ISI agent.
