The movie was initially released on the 28th of July and won over the audience’s heart with its romantic-comedy theme. It also touched upon some Gen Z generation topics and showcased a thought-provoking narrative.
The co-star’s amazing chemistry had the fans going all ga ga over them and this also resulted in an impressive box-office collection. About 2 months after the movie’s original release, the film is all set to make its grand appearance on the digital platform. Karan Johar made an announcement regarding the same, taking to his Instagram handle.

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is now available to watch on Amazon Prime Video for free. Earlier the movie was available for rent for a few days, but now it can be accessed on a free basis. The streaming service also posted the update on their social media account.
The film is directed by Karan Johar and produced under the banner of Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studious. Other cast members include Shabana Azmi, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Tota, Roy Chowdhury, Churni Ganguly and Aamir Bashir.
The film revolves around the main characters Rocky and Rani, two completely opposite-minded people. They fall in love with each other and in order to be together, both of them have to convince their families. The journey of getting their families’ approval isn’t easy and it sheds light on some orthodoxical issues in the society.
