Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal’s trailer releases, showcases the complex tragedies of a obsessive father-son relationship 

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal’s trailer is out now. After a lot of anticipation, the promotional video has been released today, offering exciting insights into the film. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in key roles.


The trailer video starts with Ranbir recalling a childhood incident wherein he wanted to visit Michael Jackson’s concert. However, he couldn’t go as it was his father’s birthday. Ranbir, as Balbir Singh asks his father to switch sides and react to that situation. While enacting the incident Ranbir shouts at Anil Kapoor and shows his aggression.


There is also another incident wherein Ranbir says he has cut his hair short because his father (Anil Kapoor) likes his short hair. To which Anil Kapoor says long hair also suits you and Ranbir replies by stating don’t worry I will grow back. The trailer thoroughly showcases Ranbir’s obsessive nature towards his father. From the look of the video, it can be said that the film is highly based on the father-son relationship.

Balbir Singh admires his father and wants to become like him when he grows up. He seeks validation from his father at every stage of his life. His father however calls him an animal for the brutal acts that he commits in the process of being recognized by Anil Kapoor. Ranbir showcases a protective side for his father and threatens everyone who would jeopardize their relationship.

Rashmika Mandanna is playing Ranbir’s love interest in the film. While Bobby Deol will be playing the antagonist, who probably also fires the bullet on Anil Kapoor. However, being the primary villain Deol’s screen time in the trailer was very limited. It nearly showed him and his purpose in the movie.

The trailer also has some thrilling background songs that play in an intense action scene. And when Ranbir makes a dashing entry with his boys. The film will surely offer immense drama and action-packed scenes overall. Fans will be kept on edge throughout the movie and experience the raging love of Ranbir towards his father.

Animal is scheduled to hit the theatres on the 1st of December. As mentioned by the director, the film is A-rated and will have a runtime of 3 hours 21 minutes and with 16 frames.
