Madhu Chopra, Priyanka’s mother, recently spoke to Lehren Retro, confirming her daughter’s involvement in the film. This will be Priyanka’s first major Bollywood outing in years, and fans are eagerly awaiting her return. The film, which was officially launched in Hyderabad earlier this year, is expected to be an action-adventure spectacle, much like Indiana Jones.
Rajamouli, known for Baahubali and RRR, is famous for crafting larger-than-life cinematic experiences, and SSMB 29 is expected to be no different. With Mahesh Babu in the lead and Priyanka adding her global appeal, the film is already one of the most awaited projects in Indian cinema.
While Priyanka’s role in the film has not been officially revealed, speculation is rife that she will play a strong, pivotal character alongside Mahesh Babu. Given Rajamouli’s history of writing powerful female roles, Priyanka’s presence is expected to add depth and excitement to the film.
Apart from this, Priyanka has other major projects lined up, including Heads of State, where she shares the screen with John Cena and Idris Elba, and the second season of the Russo Brothers’ Citadel.
