Netizens are impressed with new ‘The Marvels’ poster: “They look better with every poster”

Fans can not keep calm as they await the premiere of the film The Marvels in theatres.

The Marvels, the MCU’s next big offering, is planned to debut on November 10, 2023. With the release date rapidly approaching, Marvel has stepped up its promotional efforts, with fresh teasers, set images, and posters being released on a regular basis. The most striking of these is a new poster for the picture, which appears to have wowed expectant fans.

The MCU has received a lacklustre response from fans and critics in recent years, with the films declining after Avengers: Endgame, despite occasional hits like Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. So The Marvels has an even more difficult task ahead of it, with fans growing increasingly dissatisfied with what the MCU has to offer following the Thanos saga.

Surprisingly, it appears that the Brie Larson-led film is on the right track, with fans displaying plenty of anticipation after a long wait. This could be due to the highly stylised poster displaying the three title characters, with Brie Larson looking particularly dashing. “They look better and better with every poster,” one person said.

The Marvels is directed by Nia DaCosta, who co-wrote the screenplay with Megan McDonnell and Elissa Karasik.

Over the last few months, MCU fans have been sceptical of new flicks. This was also true for the sequel, which will see Brie Larson reprise her role as Captain Marvel.

This time, though, she will be joined by two other characters: Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) and Miss Marvel/Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), who has her own series as well.

All three may be seen in the graphic poster for The Marvels, which displays the lead protagonists standing in front of a stylized background with faces that may reflect their battle-ready stances, as shown in the upcoming film.

With the new photos and posters, it appears like fans are finally warming up to the new film, and if it manages to impress reviewers, this may potentially restore Marvel to its former glory.

Zawe Ashton, Park Seo-joon, and Samuel L. Jackson also appear in The Marvels. This will be a sequel to the 2019 film Captain Marvel and a continuation of the Ms. Marvel television miniseries (2022). The film is the 33rd installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Fans will be able to see it in theatres on November 10, 2023.
