The much-anticipated film “Maidaan” has released its teaser, which transports us to the “Golden Age of Football” between 1952 and 1962. The teaser opens with a description of the Indian football squad in 1952, when it had earned a spot in Helsinki, Finland, for the Olympics.
The project’s star, Ajay Devgn, portrays instructor Syed Abdul Rahim in real life. He is first introduced to us while smoking and sporting a brooding expression on the pitch. The preview closes with Ajay’s dialogue, “Aaj maidaan mein utarna gyarah lekin dikhna ek,” and glimpses of some of the team’s issues.
The difficulties that the team and, in particular, coach Rahim had to overcome for the squad’s triumph will be shown in the movie. It is hinted at in the teaser that was published alongside Ajay Devgn’s movie “Bholaa” today. Priyamani and Gajraj Rao are also featured in “Maidaan.” Sharma, Amit Ravindernath, is the director. The music for the movie was composed by AR Rahman. It is made by Boney Kapoor, Arunava Joy Sengupta, Akash Chawla, and Zee Studios.
On social media, Ajay posted the teaser and stated, “#Maidaan mein utrenge Gyarah par dikhenge Ek. A True Story. Teaser out now.”

‘Maidaan’ is set to release on June 23.
