The storyline of the film Jolly LLB has taken the life of a middle-aged lawyer Jagdish Tyagi, who is played by Arshad Warsi. The movie starring Richa Chadha and Akshay Khanna spins a story around a case registered under Section 375 of the IPC. Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai by Manoj Bajpayee is based on real life incidents. The movie directed by Apoorv Singh Karki is inspired from the traumatic period of spiritual guru Asaram Bapu’s rape trial involving a young girl. In Rajan Bajpayee originated the character of a session court lawyer P. C. Solanki and did the best he could to get justice to a minor girl raped by a bogus godman. He struggles to the utmost of his abilities to fight for the truth.
