On the actor’s 40th birthday, the “Captain Miller” production team released the movie’s teaser on Friday. The Tamil movie, which stars Arun Matheswaran and is set for release on December 15th, was created by Sathya Jyothi Films. The production company published the official teaser to its social media accounts.
“Respect is Freedom! Here is the much awaited #CaptainMillerTeaser… December 15th 2023 in theatres,” read the tweet by Sathya Jyothi Films.
Dhanush, the two-time National Award-winning actor, also shared the teaser on Twitter. “‘Captain Miller’ teaser,” he wrote in the caption.
The movie, which is categorised as a historical action adventure, stars Dhanush as Miller, also known as Analeesan. Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, Priyanka Arul Mohan, John Kokken, and Edward Sonnenblick of “RRR” fame round up the remainder of the cast.
Last year, Dhanush made his Hollywood debut in the Anthony and Joe Russo-directed picture “The Grey Man.” The Tamil film “Vaathi” was his most recent major motion picture release in India.
The actor will next be seen in the Hindi film “Tere Ishk Mein,” which reunites him with director Aanand L Rai, after “Captain Miller.”
