Recently, on social media, K-pop superstar Jimin of BTS and Hollywood heartthrob Ryan Gosling exchanged sweet gifts and good comments.
The two celebrities were recently involved in the “Barbie cardinal rule” controversy after Ryan Gosling mistakenly wore clothing that was reminiscent to Jimin’s classic look from the “Permission to Dance” music video.
But the two famous people made the decision to put the incident behind them and embrace a peaceful resolution rather than lingering over it.
Jimin graciously congratulated Ryan and Ken on the publication of Barbie in an Instagram video. Jimin joked, “My fans are excited to see your video, so thank you so much,” as he held Ken’s distinctive black acoustic guitar in his hands.
It was evident that Jimin’s good-natured spirit prevailed as he added, “I could see that you look great in my outfit.”
Gosling apologised for the unintended fashion faux pas last week on social media. He kindly recognised that Jimin had worn the attire earlier in his music video and even joked about the “unspoken Ken code.”
This law states that if one Ken imitates the fashion of another, they must make a gesture of reconciliation by giving up their most prized thing. This turned out to be Ken’s treasured guitar in Gosling’s case, which he donated as his “humble offering,” jokingly commenting that Ken wasn’t much of a guitar player either.
