The film, starring Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor, was a huge success when it was released in 2014. To commemorate this achievement, the trio used their social media profiles to express wonderful memories and emotions related to the film.
Alia Bhatt captioned a behind-the-scenes video from the making of the film ‘#10YearsOf2States’.
Arjun Kapoor, her co-star in the film, shared a reel on Instagram where he discussed the importance of cinema on everyday life and expressed thanks for being a part of it. He went on to say, “Even if you’re not the hero of the story, the story should be heroic.” He captioned the video: “10 years, countless emotions.”
Karan Johar, the film’s director, on the other hand, uploaded a scene from the film on his Instagram stories and commented, “10 years of 2 States, one love, the most amazing journey filled with warmth.”
The film, based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name, was released on April 18, 2014, and featured Revathy, Ronit Roy, Amrita Singh, Shiv Kumar Subramaniam, and Achint Kaur in major roles.
