Squid Game star Oh Young-soo has been found guilty of indecent assault Friday and sentenced by a South Korean court to a suspended eight-month prison sentence.
The 79-year-old, who became the first Korean actor to win a Golden Globe award for his role in Netflix hit series, was ordered to complete 40 hours in a sexual violence treatment program, as per The Korea Herald. The actor, who has denied the allegations, has been charged with the sexual allegations of inappropriately touching an actress in 2017.
The woman, who has remained anonymous, filed a complaint against Oh claiming that the incident took place when the pair were on a tour for a play, as per the reports by New York Times.
