The 1987 movie starrer Steve Martin and late John Candy from John Hughes will get a fresh lead in the remake movie.
According to The Hollywood reporter, Kevin Hart and Will Smith have been selected for the remake of John Hughes comedy movie ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles’.
The remake will be a modern update where Will and Kevin will be seen a duo who doesn’t go along. Inspite of that the two team up to tackle the holiday disaster and reach their home safely.
The movie is under the production company of Hughes Entertainment and distributed by Paramount pictures. Along with them Jon Mone and Bryan Smiley will also produce.
Kevin will next be seen in the ‘Universal drama Fatherhood’ and Smith will be seen in Warner Bros, sports drama ‘King Richard’.
