The movie RRR’s fans, especially the Indian fans who adored the song “Naatu Naatu,” were slightly let down because they couldn’t replicate the classic dancing moves of Jr. NTR and Ram Charam.
On twitter, a user commented, “Is it only me who felt that the two dancers tried their best but they were unable to match the energy and the elegance of Jr NTR & Ram charan. But still well done guys”. Another user commented, “It’s basically an Irish jig”, A third user said, “The actual Naatu Naatu was better”. “Best dance but not original song tbh” said another user. One more user commented, “The Academy officially ruined Naatu Naatu”.
The vocalists of “Naatu Naatu,” Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj, performed live, showed off a few moves, and received a standing ovation from the crowd at the Oscars 2023 Awards. Lauren Gottlieb featured in the live performance.
