Selena Gomez and her younger half-sister Gracie Elliott Teefey went fishing after the actress spent some time away amid rumoured conflict involving Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner. On Instagram, Gomez posted images with the caption “Texas girl at heart. Cali girl for fun and NY gal for real,” reported People, a US-based media company.
The actress proudly posed next to her 9-year-old sibling in the adorable pictures as they proudly displayed the fish they had caught and floated in the water.
In one fun video, Gomez seemingly recorded Gracie without her knowledge, as she asked her big sis, “Wait, who are you texting to,” causing Gomez to reply, “No one!” as she smiled at the camera.
According to People, the sisters were also at ease while travelling, with Gomez wearing a black, oversized hoodie throughout their trips and Gracie flaunting some shades in one photo. The founder of Rare Beauty has written multiple tributes to Gracie on Instagram, referring to her as “the best thing in the world” and “forever her favourite human,” despite their more than 20-year age gap.
The sisters last appeared together in January at the Golden Globe Awards, when Gracie stood by Gomez’s side as they walked the red carpet and posed for pictures.
