The crowning ceremony for King Charles III took place on the 6th of May. Katy Perry had been one of the attendees at this dignified event. It caused a major fuss over the internet when a clip from the ritual was released which showcased Katy finding it difficult to locate her seat.

The singer has worn a lilac-coloured suit, which was designed by Vivienne Westwood. She completed her look by wearing a matching hat of a giant size and opera gloves. Katy Perry had been walking around with the editor of British Vogue Edward Enninful.
In the video, she was facing a bit awkward situation while finding her seat at Westminster Abbey, in Londediton. And in no time it has become the trendiest meme on Twitter. A fan commented, “Katy Perry not finding her seat is so me,” while another twitted, “The way she’s trying to look for her seat with that hat, it’s adorable and funny at the same time.”

The Roar star will be performing on Sunday night for the coronation occasion and will be accompanied by Lionel Richie and Andrea Bocelli. The concert will be carried out on the land of Windsor Castle.
Katy met King Charles in 2019 during an event which was held in Mumbai. It was before she was appointed as the ambassador for the British Asian Trust. The organization had been established by the king to get rid of poverty in South Asian countries.
