Emma Watson’s manager clears the air by crushing rumours on the actress career retirement. Emma Watson’s fans can now be relieved as the Harry Potter actress will not quitting her acting career any time soon.
The rumour started when a report in Daily Mail claimed that Emma’s agent said that her career is now ‘dormant’ and she will be taking a step back from acting to focus on her relationship with boyfriend Leo Robinton.
The Daily Mail quoted a source saying, “Emma has gone underground, she is settling down with Leo. They’re laying low. Maybe she wants a family.” However, the Harry Potter star’s manager Jason Weinberg, crushed the rumours by saying that’s not the case.
Jason stated, “Emma’s social media accounts are dormant but her career isn’t.”
The news of her retirement went viral and fans started posting posts in her honour.
One of her fans wrote on Twitter, “Emma Watson Retiring is something very personal to every Potterhead. No I will not be Getting Over this!!” While another tweeted, “The 1st Crush You will always be my Hermione Granger and thanks for everything, Emma Watson! MY forever and EVER QUEEN #EmmaWatson @EmmaWatson (sic).”
However, with the latest update from her manager, one Twitter user requested fans to stop paying tributes. He wrote, “Emma Watson isn’t retiring guys, stop sharing your Harry Potter scene shots. #EmmaWatson.”
