‘Young minister in Mumbai’ involved in Sushant’s death case? BJP MLA pushes for CBI probe

Atul Bhatkhalkar from the Bhartiya Janta Party on Friday sought a CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case. Bhatkhalkar shared a video on his Twitter handle in which he mentioned that he wrote a letter to the Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
In the letter, Atul said that people in Maharashtra are doubting that Mumbai Police is not investigating effectively in the late actor’s death case. The BJP MLA also revealed the reason because of the rumours that a young minister from the Maharashtra government who resides in Mumbai could be involved in the case.
Bhatkhalkar added, keeping in mind such factors, the case should be handed over to the CBI.

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis took to his Twitter handle earlier to say that there’s a big public sentiment regarding handing over the case to the CBI. However, “looking at the reluctance of State Government, atleast Enforcement Directorate can register an ECIR since misappropriation and money laundering angle has come out,” added Fadnavis.
The urge for a CBI probe into the case is increasing with every passing day. Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan said that there is a “confrontation between two states” (Bihar and Maharashtra) as regards Sushant’s case. “No FIR has been registered yet in Maharashtra. Chirag had spoken to CM Thackeray that there should be CBI probe. All political leaders are demanding for it. It should be handed over to CBI.”
BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy, opened up about why the Mumbai Police haven’t registered an FIR till now in this case.
“Why Mumbai Police not filed a FIR on Sushant Singh Rajput? Why post-mortem report been titled provisional? Both for one reason: The Hospital doctors are awaiting SSR’s viscera report from Forensic Department to know whether he had been poisoned. His nails have also been sent,” Swamy tweeted today.
The BJP Rajya Sabha MP firmly believes that Sushant Singh Rajput was “Murdered”
