Elvish Yadav, a YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, was arrested by Noida Police in connection with the snake poison case and sentenced to 14 days in judicial custody. A day after being arrested, he reportedly confessed to arranging snake poison at rave gatherings.
A video has gone viral on social media, showing Elvish’s mother sobbing. Aly Goni, a previous Bigg Boss competitor, responded by saying it’s heartbreaking.
Elvish’s mother is seen crying in the video, shocked to learn of her son’s detention. In the video, published by The Khabri on X, Elvish’s buddies can be seen comforting his mother.

Aly did not share the video on his official X account but he mentioned that it is painful to see his mother break down. “After seeing elvish’s mother cry in a video my heart 💔.. I hope she meets her son asap and I hope he stays out of all these controversies in future,” Aly posted.

Earlier today, various media sources said that Noida Police had “enough evidence” against him to charge him with distributing snake venom. Cops further claimed that Elvish gave snake venom to show his fans that he had no fear of anyone, not even law enforcement, and that he could get away with anything.
“For him, it was to make a statement that he’s got’swag’ or ‘bhaukaal’,” a police spokesperson said.
On Monday, a source told NDTV that Elvish “admitted to arranging snakes and snake venom” at previous rave parties. According to the portal’s allegation, the YouTuber reportedly acknowledged meeting the accused at several rave events and staying in contact with them.
