To celebrate his 31st birthday on Friday, April 10, 2026, Anant Ambani has turned his special day into a massive nation-wide mission of “humanity and care.” In line with the Ambani family’s tradition of Anna Seva, a large-scale food distribution drive was organized across 20 locations in Jamnagar and Mumbai on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
The initiative provided nutritious free meals to approximately 12,000 to 15,000 underprivileged individuals, including families living in the villages surrounding the Jamnagar refinery.
The celebration of kindness didn’t stop at meals; as part of a broader set of 31 charitable initiatives launched to mark his 31st year, Anant also organized the distribution of sarees to women in rural areas and utility kits to families in need. This “classy” and compassionate approach follows a significant ₹10 crore donation made by the family to the Salangpur Hanuman Temple for a state-of-the-art gaushala. In Jamnagar, while stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh arrived for the private festivities, the atmosphere on the ground was one of deep gratitude.
“A true celebration is one that touches lives,” Anant reportedly shared during a community interaction. His philanthropic efforts this week alone are estimated to have reached nearly 57 lakh people through various projects, including pilgrim guesthouses in Dwarka and year-long food sevas at the Somnath and Ambaji temples.
