Allu Arjun is seen getting emotional as soon as he is announced as the best actor

Pushpa: The Rise actor Allu Arjun got the National Film Award for his performance. The 69th edition of the prestigious film awards were announced on Thursday, August 24 (in New Delhi).

While Kriti Sanon and Alia Bhatt won Best Actress Awards for their respective flicks Mimi and Gangubai Kathiawadi, Allu Arjun was named Best Actor for Pushpa: The Rise. Rashmika Mandanna also appeared in the film.

The actor celebrated his major triumph with his crew, and various photos from the event have surfaced on social media. A video has gone popular on X (previously known as Twitter) in which Allu Arjun is shown becoming emotional after being named the greatest actor.

It should be remembered that Pushpa: The Rise generated quite a stir when it debuted in theatres in December 2021. Its conversations and music went viral, and the filmmakers are getting ready to release the sequel.

Pushpa’s makers presented an intriguing first-look poster of Allu Arjun from the sequel, Pushpa: The Rule, on the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday.

In the billboard, he appeared in an intense and radically different avatar, wearing a saree, gold jewellery, and a lemon garland. In addition, the actor is seen brandishing a gun. However, the makers have yet to confirm the film’s official release date.
