Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have been rumoured to be dating for quite some time now. The couple has been the talk of the town and fans cannot stop gushing at their adorable chemistry. Recently, rumours were doing rounds on social media stating that the couple will soon take their relationship a step ahead.
The actors were reportedly going to get engaged in February. However, it seems like fans will have to wait a little longer as they have no plans for engagement or marriage shortly.
In a recent interview with Lifestyle Asia, Vijay Deverakonda cleared the air and all of the ongoing rumours. The actor stated that he is not getting married or engaged in February.
The actor stated that the media just wants him to get married every two or three years. Every year, there will be rumours of him getting married and the media is eagerly waiting for it to happen.
Now, it seems apparent that Vijay and Rashmika are not getting married, not anytime soon. However, it is also clear from their Instagram account that the couple are dating and seems to be having a great time together.
Shifting towards his professional work front, Vijay will be next featured in Family Star alongside Mrunal Thakur. The film is directed by Geetha Govindam director Parasuram Petla and is produced by Dil Raju. Vijay will also star in Gautam Tinnanuri’s VD12. Netflix has taken the rights of the film for digital release and it is produced by Naga Vamsi.
On the other hand, Rashmika Mandanna was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. The film turned out to be the second highest-grossing film of the year. The film featured Anil Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimri in key roles.
