OTT Bigg Boss fame Uorfi Javed went to the Bandra police station on Monday (October 23) after a complaint was lodged against her for wearing ‘objectionable’ clothing in public.
Earlier today, the fashionista was observed outside the police station dressed provocatively. She was dressed to the nines in severe cut-out pants and a peach t-shirt. Uorfi’s enormous blazer, which also contained a message for haters, drew our attention.
“Don ko pakadna..” read the note tucked inside her jacket. Soon after a paparazzo uploaded Uorfi’s footage on Instagram, people blasted her for her choice of attire once more.
“How cheap…all this…police station should not have allowed her in such cheap clothes,” a user commented.
Another user wrote, “Ek common aadmi Cap lagakar ya lose t-shirt ya Tone Jeans par chala jaye tou 307 lag jaata… Shame on the police, not on her.”
A few days ago, it was reported that a police complaint had been made against Uorfi at the Bandra police station for her attire choice.
It should be emphasised that this is not the first time Uorfi has been the subject of a police report. A complaint was made against her in December 2022 for ‘obscene behaviour in public and on social media’.
Another complaint was filed against Uorfi in January 2023 for her ‘objectionable’ clothing. According to media sources, the actress was also questioned at the Amboli police station for about two hours.
Uorfi frequently draws attention with her daring and out-of-the-box fashion choices. She is frequently sighted in Mumbai, and the actress makes an effort to interact with photographers and pose for them.
The actress receives online hate and criticism as well, but she always names and shames the trolls.
Uorfi has appeared in shows such as Puncch Beat Season 2, Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania, Meri Durga, and Bepannaah. She rose to prominence after appearing on Karan Johar’s Bigg Boss OTT.
