2024 will mark the release of S Sashikanth’s debutant release The Test. The shooting for the film has been wrapped up and it stars Siddharth, R Madhavan, Nayanthara and Meera Jasmine in lead roles. There’s not much buzz around the film and it has been treated as one of the underrated projects.
However, the recent BTS videos released by the makers is surely an eye-catcher. The makers of The Test revealed the BTS video as the shooting for the film has been wrapped up.
The new video shares glimpses into the film’s setting and characters. Siddharth will be playing the role of Arjun, a cricketer. As of now, the roles that Nayanthara and R Madhavan will be donning are kept a secret.
As the name suggests, the film revolves around a test cricket match on an international level. The film is scheduled to release in summer 2024.

Shifting towards the professional front, Siddharth will be next venturing into Shankar’s pan India film Indian 2, which is a sequel to the hit movie Indian. While R Madhavan will be next seen in Shaitaan alongside Ajay Devgn and Jyotika.
Meanwhile, Nayanthara will be appearing in Thani Oruvan 2 and is cast opposite Jayam Ravi.
