Journalist and Film Critic Anupama Chopra had earlier expressed her opinion on Dharma Production’s movie trailer of “Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl”. She took to her Twitter handle and wrote the film’s trailer looked inspiring and moving.

Later, Anupama was instantaneously trolled on Twitter. She wrote an article on how netizens bashed her on various social media handles and how people named her as “Dharma stooge” and shares it on Film Companion’s Twitter handle.

Reacting to this, Kangana Ranaut Team on Twitter retweeted Film Companion’s tweet and asked Anupama that why is she feeling sad about Janhvi Kapoor’s trolling whereas she was the one who had trolled Kangana’s ‘Manikarnika’. The team wrote, “दोस्तों आपको क्या लगता है, अनुपमा चोपड़ा renowned film critic & director of Mumbai film festival, जाह्नवी की trolling पे आँसू बहा रही है,जबकि उन्होंने खुद रानी लक्ष्मी बाई की फ़िल्म को troll किया था, क्यूँ? क्या वो माफिया चमचा है या anti national ?
