Swara Bhasker has finally reacted to the slap incident involving Kangana Ranaut and the female CISF constable Kulvinder Kaur.
In a recent interview with Connect Cine, upon being asked for her view on Kangana, a now BJP MP, being slapped, Swara condemned the act and acknowledged that it was wrong, but she also pointed out that Kangana is alive and have security around her. The actress contrasted this with the lives of many, which were lost in those violent encounters across the country.
“Anybody who is a reasonable person will say that whatever happened with Kangana was wrong,” she stated.
Both the actresses have worked together in Tanu Weds Manu, as well as its sequel. However, over time, the actresses drifted apart due to their personal beliefs.
For the unversed, actress-turned – politician Kangana was slapped by Kulvinder at Chandigarh airport, when she was on her way to Delhi. The female constable had stated that her action was reaction to the actress’ remark over farmers’ protest.
