His beautiful face, brilliant mind, intellectual talks and dreams about the universe and other worlds, is still so fresh in our memories. Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden demise still haunts us and makes us question ‘why he did what he did?’
But more than that, our heart weeps thinking about his family, who is the actual sufferer, who were close still never knew what happened with Sushant that took him to the edge to finally end his life. Recently Sushant’s father opened up about his son’s loss and in an interaction with media portal Tadka Bollywood, he also shared how Sushant talked very less about his feelings with him.
Sushant’s father KK Singh expressed his grief by stating that Sushant was the only son in three sisters and that they prayed a lot for three years to get Sushant. He also mentioned that Sushant used to talk a lot but lately he never mentioned about his feelings. He said, “Pehele toh sab bolta tha par last me kya hua, usne bataya nahi. Bohot mannat maang ke paida hua tha Sushant. 3 saal mannat maangi thi uske liye. 4 ladkiyon main ek ladka tha. Aur jinke liye itni mannat maangte hain unke sath yahi hota hai”
He also spoke at length about how Sushant did discuss his wedding plans with him, and suggested that after Sushant was planning for the wedding after the Coronavirus pandemic settled down, he was thinking of getting married next year in the month of February, March. His father never mentioned the name of the girl but according to some media reports, Sushant was dating Rhea Chakraborty and they were even living together but days before Sushant ended his life, Rhea left him on the advice of Mahesh Bhatt.
In the same interview, his father also revealed that Sushant’s ex-girlfriend and actress Ankita Lokhande paid a visit to him in Bombay and she also visited Patna to meet Sushant’s family and paid her tributes to the late actor.
According to Sushant’s father the industry could be at fault for succumbing the actor into the black hole of death. In the same interview, he suggested that it is possible in this industry that when people see someone being at the peak of success, they try to pull them down.
