Sushant Singh Rajput’s family has filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar and the investigation has accelerated ever since. Since the FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, there have been many new sides to the case. A four-member team has been sent from Bihar Police to Mumbai for investigation.
In Rhea’s petition to the Supreme Court asking to transfer the Mumbai Police, she had attached a mail sent by Sushant’s roommate Siddharth Pithani to Mumbai police. In this mail, he claimed that Sushant’s family was using their power and influential connections and are forcing him to speak against Rhea during Bihar police’s probe. He also claimed that he doesn’t know Rhea and is yet pressurised to speak against her.
According to Times Now, Sushant’s father responded to the petition saying Siddharth has been influenced by Rhea Chakraborty as he is a key witness. He also questioned how Rhea got the mail that Siddharth sent the Mumbai police when they allegedly barely knew each other. In addition, reports say that mail sent by Siddharth Pithani to the Mumbai Police was after Bihar Police had filed the FIR against Rhea and the evening of Rhea moving to the Supreme Court.
Yesterday, Rhea was interrogated for 8 hours at the Enforcement Directorate where she said she wanted more time to get all proofs. She was asked where she got 85 lakhs to buy her house at Khar when her worth was barley 14 lakhs.
