Sushant Singh Rajput’s family to be interrogated for a second time by the Mumbai Police


The investigation on Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case is in progress. As per records, the family will face a second round of interrogation by the Mumbai Police for statements of his death.

On 14th June ‘20, Sushant Singh Rajput passed away from suicide. It has been two weeks since he left us. The ongoing investigation by Mumbai Police till now has recorded statements from 27 people, including his father, KK Singh. Among those, statements were also recorded from his friends and family , doctor and manager. Rhea Chakroborty —-his rumoured girlfriend , YRF associates , house staff have also been interrogated for the first round of statements. 

And now, the newest on this is, Sushant’s family will be called by the Bandra police yet again for a second round of interrogation.

According to PinkVilla sources, Sushant’s family, including his sister who lives in Mumbai, will also be summoned by the Bandra Police. The source uncovered that second round of articulations will be recorded by the police. While it isn’t actually clear, which questions could be posed during this second round of questioning, the report suggests, they could be asked about Sushant’s budgetary arrangements, including his company. one of which sees Rhea and her brother Showmik as the directors.

ANI has DCP Abhishek Trimukhe as saying, “In Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, the Bandra police has recorded statements of 27 people. We have received the detailed post-mortem report which was conducted by a team of 5 doctors. The actors’ cause of death has been clearly stated by the doctors as asphyxia due to hanging. The rest of the samples collected have been sent for an analysis. We have requested the forensic team to conduct the analysis on a priority basis.”

Sushant Singh Rajput’s last rites took place at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in Mumbai on June 15. His remains were immersed in the Ganga, in Patna, by his relatives.
