Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise has left everyone with lots of questions. While many have been coming up with their own theories and controversies, Mumbai Police have been leaving no stone unturned in the investigation.
The cops have recorded statements of three psychiatrists and a psychotherapist as part of their investigation on the case, which has been trending on social media every day for one thing or the other. The late actor was reportedly suffering from depression and was taking regular help.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Abhishek Trimukhe revealed, “their statements were recorded over the last three-four days” by the Bandra Police, who are probing the matter. The late actor was consulting all four mental health professionals, and this made them relevant to the case.
But now, the most shocking revelation has been made by a Times Now report, which suggests that one of the mental health professionals told the Mumbai Police that Kai Po Che actor Sushant was suffering from ‘bipolar disorder’. While other professionals claimed that the actor had a very stressful life but none opened up on the reason that led to depression.
Reports also suggest that the doctors revealed that the actor was not taking his medicines prescribed to him, cops are looking into the statements. Sushant was in contact with these medical professionals from November 2019. However, it has been brought to light that Sushant used to change the doctor after paying two-three visits every time.
Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on 14th June in his Bandra apartment. Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, film director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bollywood casting director Mukesh Chhabra and Yash Raj Films head Aditya Chopra’s statement has been called in by Mumbai police and their statements have been recorded.
