Sushant Singh Rajput Case: FIR filed by Rhea Chakraborty against SSR’s sisters is with CBI for investigation, reveals the Police Commissioner

Rhea Chakraborty has filed an FIR against late Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister which is currently under the CBI for investigation.

The case of Sushant Singh Rajput‘s untimely demise is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the authorities of CBI has also summoned various people linked to the mysterious death of the actor. The main accused in the case of the late actor’s demise is his girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea Chakraborty has filed FIRs against SSR’s sisters,  Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh, Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohiya Hospital and few others who have claimed that the accused prescribed drugs to Sushant Singh Rajput without consulting any health expert.

In a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, the Commissioner of Mumbai Police said that “Accordingly, an FIR was registered against Sushant’s sister and doctor based on Rhea’s complaint that they gave him medicines without any medical prescription. This investigation is also now with the CBI.” However, in a report by the Press Trust of India (PTI), Rhea’s FIR states that Sushant passed away five days after he obtained a prescription while he was being illegally prescribed certain drugs by his sisters and a doctor of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital.

It has been stated that the case has been registered under IPC 306 – abetment to suicide, IPC 420 – cheating, IPC 464 – making a false document, and IPC 465 – punishment for forgery.
