Sonu Sood to the rescue again: Actor mortgages 8 properties in Juhu to raise a 10 crore loan for the needy

The actor has once again forward to help the poor. Recently Sonu Sood mortgaged his eight properties in Juhu to raise a 10 crore rupees loan.

Sonu Sood has been in the news for helping the poor and the migrant workers during the COVID-19 crises. The actor made countless efforts to help the migrants reach their home towns by arranging transportation and food for them.
The actor has once again forward to help the poor. Recently Sonu Sood mortgaged his eight properties in Juhu to raise a 10 crore rupees loan.
According to MoneyControl the actor has mortgaged two shops located on the ground floor and six flats in the Shiv Sagar CGHS in Juhu.
These properties are jointly owned by Sonu Sood and his wife Sonali. A total of Rs. 5 lakh rupees were paid as registration fees to raise the loan.
The properties have been mortgaged in favour of Standard Chartered Bank.
The actor has acted as a messiah during this tough times. His efforts was recognised and he was conferred with the prestigious SDG Special Humanitarian Action Award by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for his selfless work.
