Sonam Kapoor to move into Rs. 231 crore London property in plush locality bought by father-in-law

Harish Ahuja, father-in-law of Sonam Kapoor, has bought a mansion in Notting Hill district of London for £21 million, which is approximately Rs. 231.47 crore, reported by Bloomberg. It is among the biggest residential deals in the UK this year. A part of the property will be used by Sonam and her husband Anand Ahuja as their home once it is redeveloped.

Harish purchased the eight storey residential convent in July, said the same report. The property offers 20,000 sq. ft. of space and is a short walk from Kensington Gardens. Property was “previously owned by a UK registered charity and religious order”, says the report. While part of the property will be used by Sonam and Anand as residence, another part of the building is likely to be converted into flats.
