Shraddha Kapoor cannot be resuming her shoots due to her dad Shakti Kapoor

After two months of complete lockdown, Bollywood Industry is all up with activities and filmmakers are planning to go back to the sets as soon as possible, of course, with due precautions. With filmmakers like Shoojit Sircar starting to work on the post-production of his film to Akshay Kumar shooting commercials, everyone is getting back on the floor.

When a lot of people from the Film fraternity are adapting to the situation and getting back to work, there are still many who prefer being at home until the situation gets quotidian like before. Actor Shakti Kapoor is one of those who fall in the latter part. The actor is still trepidatious about the situation and is not really hot to trot.
In his recent interaction with ETimes the actor said, “I will not go out and work for now, nor will I allow my daughter Shraddha to resume work. I don’t think the threat is gone. I feel the worst is yet to come. I won’t let my children out for now.”

He further added, “I know work is important but not at the cost of one’s life. It will be very chaotic if people start shooting now. I tell industry people in our group that it is better to wait than pay hospital bills. It is still a very bad state of affairs outside.” understanding the importance of work.

Shakti revealed he has been in touch with his colleagues and has advised them to wait for a little longer too. Mumbai is the worst affected state in numbers. Reportedly it has more cases than China. Having said that, Mumbai is also one of the first few states to allow shoots to resume under specific guidelines
