Shilpa Shetty shares her optimistic side while being in pain due to fractured leg; says, “I won’t be able to sit idle”

The ‘Indian Police Force’ an OTT series by Rohit Shetty casting Shilpa Shetty has emerged a great zeal amongst the movie buffs just after the launch of behind the scenes clips featuring Shilpa Shetty performing breathtaking stunts.

But very few know that it was Shilpa herself performing all the stunts for the action drama without any help of body double and it was a conscious decision of two of the Shettys’ and that leads to a major fracture in her legs on the set of the show. According to one source “Since Shilpa is known to be one of the fittest female stars of Bollywood, she refused to to take help of any body double,”

Her ardent endeavours were concerned for her ; While, Shilpa Shetty herself takes to social media to share her optimism even in distress and pain that she finds it nowhere demotivating or demoralising; In fact “she’s too unable to sit idle”.

She writes “I’ve been working non-stop for as long as I can remember now. So, the thought of being out of action for six weeks is very alien to me. Even with the cast on my leg, I know I won’t be able to sit idle. I know I won’t let one hurdle or obstacle become a setback. Finding a way to work around the hurdles that crop up in our lives is one of the best skills we can develop.”

The actress also posted an image of herself doing yoga, with a quote by Orison Swett Marden, that read, “Most obstacles melt away when we make up our minds to walk boldly through them.”

She also urges her viewers to act with positivity and bold approach “Prepare yourself to work on your goals, regardless and, then see the magic unfold!”

Beside being a successful actress, serving the industry for decades, Shilpa is also known as a fitness enthusiast and she launched her own Yoga DVD in 2015. She is involved in several fitness campaigns such as the Fit India Movement, launched by the Government of India.

Other than the Indian Police Force she’s also heard to come up with her new release of Sonal Joshi’s “Sukhee”.
