Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput are parents to two children – Misha and Zain. However, embracing motherhood was a tough one for Mira as she experienced a challenging situation during her first pregnancy.
Being four months pregnant, Mira had told Prakhar Gupta on his podcast, how she had dilated and Shahid went an extra mile for her comfort.
“Not many people know this, but when I was pregnant with my daughter, it was my first pregnancy. And you are like, oh, I am… healthy, and I am like very fit… What is the worse can happen, and I almost miscarried when I was four months pregnant,” recalled Mira.
She added that she had visited doctor for sonography appointment, who advised her to lie down immediately as she stood a chance to lose the baby. Mira shared that Shahid made sure to bring hospital’s comfort to their home, so she could be at home.
The couple had a private wedding in 2015 and later welcomed Misha in 2016. They welcomed their first son, Zain, in 2018.
